Fresh Pesto Sauce
2 cups fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tblsp pine nuts, toasted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 Tblsp freshly grated Romano cheese
3 Tblsp butter, softened
Blend first five ingredients until smooth in processor or blender. Put in bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
