 Healthy oatmeal breakfast


A friend said they eat a big bowl of healthy oatmeal most mornings:

said they use 

1/2 cup dry oats for one serving, make as directed

then top with 3 tbslp hemp seeds, 2 tblsp chia seeds, 2 tblsp flax seed, 1 to 2 Tbslp date sugar

1 Tblsp black strap molasses

1/2 teason cinnamon and allspice
